in november i purchased a used CR-V from crossroads motors, and ive been very satisfied with the vehicle. after leaving a deposit, i was permitted to take it for a nearby pre-purchase inspection with my mechanic, which only uncovered a few minor items needing attention. car was priced fairly based on the local market, and its history was presented transparently. in the seven months since purchase, there have been no unwelcome surprises... only regularly scheduled service. recently reached out with an inquiry about the maintenance history after realizing i couldnt find some of my paperwork, and they were able to help me promptly with my request. im very grateful to have dealt with honest people who still care about their customers after making a sale. planning to buy a second vehicle in the future, and i would have full confidence purchasing it from crossroads motors.
